Somatic therapy, transpersonal, sensorimotor psychotherapy, spiritual, Shining for good therapy & coaching | Breanne Jenay
Virtual therapy for adults and couples in California, integrating somatic and attachment-based work for those who feel stuck despite insight and are ready to live more authentically and less from conditioned patterns.
About my work
My name is Breanne and I offer a depth-oriented, relational approach to therapy. My work is grounded in somatic and attachment-based modalities, with a broader transpersonal perspective.
My role is to support a process of deeper awareness and integration in a space that feels steady, collaborative, and attuned.

You may be someone who…
-
understands your patterns, yet still finds yourself repeating them
-
has done therapy or personal growth before, but something hasn’t fully shifted
-
feels like life “should” feel more meaningful or fulfilling than it does
-
notices a gap between how you think about things and how you actually live them
-
feels pulled toward a more honest or authentic way of being, but can’t quite access it
-
finds yourself overthinking, analyzing, or trying to “figure it out” rather than feeling it through
-
struggles in relationships in ways that feel familiar, even when you want something different
-
carries patterns, beliefs, or behaviors that feel hard to change, even with awareness
-
wants to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself in your day-to-day life

-
recurring patterns, beliefs, or ways of responding that no longer feel supportive
A different kind of therapy
This work is grounded in a heart-centered, embodied approach that integrates somatic awareness and attachment-based understanding. Rather than focusing only on insight, we work with the nervous system, relational patterns, and the deeper layers that shape how you experience yourself and your life. Over time, this allows the work to move beyond understanding intellectually and into how you actually live, respond, and relate.
Living beyond conditioned patterns
Many people come to this work with a strong understanding of their history and patterns.
What often remains is the way those patterns continue to live in the body, in relationships, and in everyday experience.
Together, we begin to shift this by:
-
Bringing awareness into the body, not just the mind
-
Noticing patterns as they arise in real time
-
Develop a greater sense of internal steadiness
-
Allowing space for a more authentic way of being to emerge

A deeper orientation toward how you live
This work often resonates with those who are not only looking to understand themselves, but who are questioning meaning, direction, or how they want to live.
It is less about becoming someone different, and more about relating to yourself in a way that feels more honest, integrated, and aligned.
Shifts you may notice in your life
-
Coming into a clearer sense of your values and needs
-
Communicating those needs more directly
-
Feeling more able to stand in what is aligned for you
-
Noticing and stepping out of familiar patterns
-
Relating to yourself with greater honesty and steadiness
-
Increased ability to self regulate emotional reactivity
