PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE
As adults, the ways we relate to ourselves and others, the beliefs we carry, and the ways we respond to life’s experiences are often shaped by intelligent adaptations formed earlier in life.
Over time these protective patterns can become so familiar that they begin to shape how life is lived, influencing our relationships, how stress is carried in the body, and how freely different parts of ourselves are expressed.
Yet beneath these adaptations there remains an innate vitality and wholeness that has never been lost.
Embodied depth therapy offers space to recognize the difference between these protective patterns and the deeper qualities of the self that remain intact, supporting a more integrated and authentic way of living.
My work integrates somatic psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and transpersonal psychology. Attention is given not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to how experience is held in the body and expressed in relationships.
Through reflective dialogue, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented exploration, therapy supports the gradual integration of past experiences while reconnecting with inner resources for vitality, meaning, and authentic expression.
If this work resonates, a consultation offers an opportunity to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
