About my work
My name is Breanne and I offer a depth-oriented, relational approach to therapy. My work is grounded in somatic and attachment-based modalities, with a broader transpersonal perspective.
My role is to support a process of deeper awareness and integration in a space that feels steady, collaborative, and attuned.
What Often Brings People to Work With Me
People arrive with different experiences, though there are
often shared themes that begin to take shape in the work.
-
anxiety and persistent stress
-
relational and attachment patterns
-
grief and loss
-
experiences of depression or disconnection
-
questions of meaning and direction
-
money, meaning, and relationship to resources
-
patterns shaped by early experience
-
chronic illness and the body’s experience over time
-
inner child or developmental work
-
complex trauma (CPTSD)
-
recurring patterns, beliefs, or ways of responding that no longer feel supportive
Alongside these experiences, the work may also include:
-
exploring personal values and what feels genuinely important
-
noticing where life may feel misaligned or unclear
-
developing a more embodied sense of authenticity
-
becoming more familiar with your internal responses
-
relating to yourself with greater steadiness and honesty
-
allowing different ways of responding to emerge over time
A different kind of therapy
This work is grounded in a heart-centered, embodied approach that integrates somatic awareness and attachment-based understanding. Rather than focusing only on insight, we work with the nervous system, relational patterns, and the deeper layers that shape how you experience yourself and your life. Over time, this allows the work to move beyond understanding intellectually and into how you actually live, respond, and relate.
Living beyond conditioned patterns
Many people come to this work with a strong understanding of their history and patterns.
What often remains is the way those patterns continue to live in the body, in relationships, and in everyday experience.
Together, we begin to shift this by:
-
Bringing awareness into the body, not just the mind
-
Noticing patterns as they arise in real time
-
Develop a greater sense of internal steadiness
-
Allowing space for a more authentic way of being to emerge

A deeper orientation toward how you live
This work often resonates with those who are not only looking to understand themselves, but who are questioning meaning, direction, or how they want to live.
It is less about becoming someone different, and more about relating to yourself in a way that feels more honest, integrated, and aligned.
How this work may show up in your life
-
Coming into a clearer sense of your values and needs
-
Communicating those needs more directly
-
Feeling more able to stand in what is aligned for you
-
Noticing and stepping out of familiar patterns
-
Relating to yourself with greater honesty and steadiness
-
Increased ability to self regulate emotional reactivity
