COACHING
A space for deeper exploration, meaningful change, and a more purposeful, embodied life.
Coaching offers a space to explore how you are living, relating, and moving through the world, with attention to what feels most meaningful and true to you.
Our ways of responding to life are shaped by experience, relationships, beliefs, and the adaptations we develop along the way. While these patterns may once have served us, they can also influence how we relate to ourselves and others, the choices we make, and what we believe is possible.
Through a somatic, relational, and transpersonal approach, our work brings awareness to these patterns while creating greater space for choice, creativity, and a more embodied relationship with yourself and your life.
Coaching may explore:
-
Purpose, meaning, and life direction
-
Authenticity and embodied self-expression
-
Relationships and relational patterns
-
Values and aligned decision-making
-
Life transitions and periods of change
-
Boundaries, needs, and communication
-
Creativity and personal development
-
Mindfulness and embodied awareness
-
Reconnecting with vitality, possibility, and what matters most
THE WORK
Our work is collaborative, reflective, and experiential. Depending on what is most supportive, sessions may draw from somatic awareness, mindfulness, relational exploration, reflective inquiry, and transpersonal perspectives.
Rather than offering a prescribed path for how life should look, coaching creates space to understand what may be shaping your experience, clarify what you most deeply value, and explore how you want to move forward.
COACHING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Coaching and psychotherapy can share an interest in self-awareness and meaningful change, but they are distinct services.
Coaching is oriented toward personal development, relationships, values, purpose, and how you want to live and move forward. It is not psychotherapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
