PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE
WHO THIS IS FOR
Many people drawn to this work are thoughtful and reflective adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.
They may find themselves navigating relational challenges, periods of transition, or a growing sense that familiar ways of coping no longer feel aligned with who they are becoming. Others arrive with a curiosity about the deeper patterns shaping their experiences, or a desire to reconnect with creativity, meaning, and a more authentic way of living.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
This work often resonates with individuals who value self-reflection and are open to exploring both the psychological and embodied dimensions of their experience.
You may find this work meaningful if you are interested in exploring:
• recurring relational dynamics that feel difficult to shift
• the ways early experiences continue to shape present life
• patterns of adaptation that once supported safety but now feel limiting
• the connection between emotional experience, the body, and relationships
• a deeper sense of purpose, creativity, and personal meaning
Some people come to therapy during times of change or uncertainty. Others arrive with a quieter recognition that something in life no longer feels fully aligned
COUPLES THERAPY
I also work with couples who wish to deepen their understanding of one another and shift patterns that have become difficult to navigate.
Relationships naturally develop patterns over time. When stress, conflict, or misunderstanding become repeated, couples may find themselves caught in cycles that feel frustrating or painful for both partners.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow these patterns down and explore them with care. Together we look at the emotional and relational dynamics shaping the relationship while creating new possibilities for communication, understanding, and connection.
