I am Breanne
Hello there, My name is Breanne and I am an MACP candidate at Sofia University, pursuing my master's degree in counseling psychology. I am also a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction facilitator with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. I have almost two decades experience in mindfulness meditation and believe cultivating self awareness is foundational to creating meaningful transformation.
Approach to Therapy
I believe that the body holds profound wisdom, shaped by life experiences, and through thoughtful somatic exploration, we can reconnect with this wisdom to restore alignment with our true, whole selves. Drawing on my training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 2, I help clients uncover and understand the protective patterns or habits that may be limiting their potential. By bringing awareness to these patterns, I support individuals in moving beyond them, enabling a deeper sense of self and aliveness.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing begins by supporting the nervous system in finding balance and cultivating a sense of inner safety. This foundation opens the door to reconnecting with one's deepest desires and authentic self. From this space, clients can create a life full of meaning, freedom, and vibrant connection.
As a soon-to-be Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my work integrates somatic therapy alongside emotional depth work and transpersonal philosophy. I am passionate about guiding individuals on their healing journeys and would love to have a conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together in this transformative somatic process.
