I am Breanne

Breanne Jenay

Thanks for being here

Rooted in a heart-centered and integrative approach, I support others in reconnecting with their wholeness and authentic aliveness. My work draws from somatic psychology, transpersonal perspectives, and creative modalities including art and music.

I believe each of us carries an innate radiance, a deep sense of wholeness and vitality.

Over time, stress, trauma, and life circumstances can make it harder to feel connected to that part of ourselves.

Through a somatic and transpersonal process, I help clients gently bring awareness to old patterns and conditioned responses, supporting integration and opening the door to new possibilities. When the nervous system finds safety and regulation, we can return to the heart’s natural presence and reconnect with our deepest longings.

I am currently a doctoral student at Sofia University's PhD in Transpersonal Psychology program, and hold an MA in Counseling Psychology from Sofia University. I offer integrative, somatic, and mindfulness-based coaching and therapy in California and Ontario, Canada (virtually).

With training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Psychosynthesis, and MBSR, I support heart-centered growth, clarity, and embodied transformation. I am a soon-to-be Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California as well as  Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying in Ontario, Canada.

While therapy often focuses on exploring what gets in the way—tending to the roots of pain, relational patterns, past experiences, and unconscious dynamics—coaching brings present-moment awareness to what the heart longs for, supporting movement toward clarity, alignment, and purpose.I guide clients to settle into presence with greater ease, using these tools alongside creativity and imagination.

This integrative approach offers pathways for expanding awareness, building resilience, and making choices that invite more balance, connection, and fulfillment. At the heart of this work is a simple truth: transformation arises from doing the inner work.By honoring the wisdom and life of the body, the depth of the heart, and the expansiveness of spirit, we create space for healing, authentic expression, and renewed vitality and purpose. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey, whether through therapy, coaching, or a blend of both.
